A leading school administration solutions provider wanted to improve staff efficiency by enabling intuitive, natural language interaction within its AdminPlus platform. Manual queries for attendance, grades, incidents, and demographic data were time-consuming and required technical knowledge. Nous Infosystems integrated Microsoft Azure OpenAI with AdminPlus to build a scalable, AI-powered Natural Language Understanding solution that allowed staff to query multi-module data in plain English and receive contextual, accurate responses. The architecture leveraged FastAPI on Azure App Service, Angular for the UI, and Azure SQL Database, with CI/CD pipelines ensuring reliability. The enhanced platform improved staff productivity, accelerated decision-making, and established a future-ready foundation for expansion.
